Saniya Soni is a Bay Area girl exploring life on the East Coast. As a sophomore psychology major at Drexel University, she volunteers at her university's Peer Counseling Helpline, has partnered with a variety of organizations on campus to combat the stigma of mental health among students of color, and is on the Student Advisory Board for the JED Foundation. She dances for Drexel University Bhangra and, in her spare time, can be found doing face masks. Her experience with mental health and domestic violence encouraged her to pursue a career in psychotherapy.
