Neha Patel

Born and raised in Ohio and currently a Texas resident, Neha Patel is a fiction and creative non-fiction writer. In addition to a pharmacy degree from The Ohio State University (#BuckeyeForLife), Neha is also a social change/autism advocate and a 2019 graduate of the Texas Partners in Policy Making program. Her short story, "Someday, Maybe," was published in Brown Girl Magazine's anthology, "untold: defining moments of the uprooted." Neha is a Brown Girl Magazine co-editor for Guest Submissions and a contributor for the Books Team. Her perfect day would consist of hours filled with reading and writing. Throw in a nap, preferably on a beach, and she's living her best life.
