Seher Raza

Sehar Raza is a Psychology graduate who is currently working as Youth Liaison and Diversion Practitioner for youth in contact with the police. She enjoys writing poetry and self-published her first short story ‘Dark Insanity’ when she was 16. She grew up in the United Kingdom and Abu Dhabi. Having grown up in a Pakistani household where mental health illness was taboo, she broke through societal expectations and embraced a career mental health. She is passionate about the impact trauma can have on individuals and aspires to become a Clinical Psychologist.
