Jyoti Chand, your cool mom friend, aka Mamajotes on Instagram, is a writer, funny mom, and advocate for self-care, self-love, and maternal mental health. With a background in stand up comedy and improv, Jyoti guarantees laughs through her reels, posts and stories. She is the executive editor for Chai Girls, a division of Chai Mommas, LLC., which is a daily dose of inspiration for South Asian women coming together through sisterhood. Jyoti is also a contributing writer for Brown Girl Magazine’s parenting vertical. She has a Masters of Fine Arts in Writing for Children and Young Adults from Hamline University and is working on her first book.
